Internal Checklists and Surveys
We have a set of checklists that specify all the general tasks that need to be completed for different roles in our Project Management System. Project-specific checklists are input additionally by corresponding project managers or account managers when applicable. The checklists help to remind all the team members to review the whole project again before they make the final delivery.
To identify problems promptly so as to make further improvements, we carry out a survey among team members to collect feedback and comments. The surveys are also specified according to the tasks of different roles and implemented in our PMS, and thus become a convenient platform for all the staff to express their opinions.
