We believe "Quality is the boss who pays our salary!"

To offer high-quality service to our clients, we have designed a comprehensive Quality Assurance System that requires team members to complete all areas of a project according to the requirements set forth in our process regulation documents. These documents include standards and procedures for every single activity performed by our team, from the selection of the personnel assigned to each project to the translation implementation details such as management and successive quality controls.

The Quality Assurance System is designed not only to identify problems but also to prevent their occurrence. It is implemented as the QA module in our Translation Business Management System, which provides us a platform for measuring quality, monitoring process compliance issues, and keeping track of any quality problems that might arise.

However, we are aware that our work is judged not only by the quality of the end product, but also by the quality of our communication, the professionalism of our presentation, interactions with the customer, our ability to perform the work within the customer's budget, and so on.

The continuous analysis of data and the results of our audits—both internal and external— allow us to ceaselessly optimize our procedures and production teams in order to deliver the quality that our clients not only expect but also deserve.
