E-C was founded in April 1997. Equipped with strong professional skills and rich experience in the localization and translation industry, E-C has developed into a leading translation and localization service providers with offices in US, Europe and Asia. E-C, an abbreviation for "Empower Communication," always provides powerful communications services to help our global clients have successful launches in their target markets.
Supported by 8 offices and more than 200 full-time employees, we focus our services on software and Website localization, technical/marketing/medical translation, and desktop publishing (DTP). We have expertise in the translation of all major European, Asian, North American and South American languages. Our daily output capacity is approximately 200,000 English words and 1,000 pages for DTP.
We utilize state-of-the-art equipment and translation technology, including TRADOS, Idioms, Catalyst, Star Transit, Passolo and DTP tools. The majority of our translators and editors are not only language experts, but also specialists with advanced degrees in various technical fields and many years of practical experience.
